Structure: The RCC frame will be made with stringent earthquake resisting norms.

Flooring: The master bedroom living room, Hall & kitchen will be laid with 600mmx600mm vitrified tiles for the sleek look.

Car Parking: The ground floor parking areas will be paved with heavy duty CC flooring to resist the wear & tear.

Lifts: Automatic stainless steel lifts of reputed firms will be installed strategically for easy movement.

Toilets: All toilets/bath will be fitted with ceramic tiles on the walls up to door height along with anti-skit. Floor tiles and CP fittings of reputed brands.

Kitchen: The utility platform will consist of granite along with a stainless steel sink. Above the platform a skirting of ceramic tiles up to 60 cm will be provided.

Electric: To give a contemporary look /all electrical wiring will be concealed connecting modular switches and boards.

Door: All rooms will have flush doors. Framed with quality wood with the main doors will have designer boards.

Windows: Low maintenance iodized aluminium windows mounted with grill for precaution.

Interior wall: Inside walls finished with wall putty.

Elevation: Stylishly designed elevation finished with exterior emulsion paint for all weather.

Fire Safety: Adequate fire fighting devices.

Power back-up: Silent genset (DG) for entire complex for power plugs.
